In his words
I left a software job to build this in the hills. I live on the property in Prini, my number is on every booking, and I plan most of these routes myself. That is the whole company — and it is why we do not sound like a call centre.
Most agencies book you into hotels they have never slept in. We built ours. Every Manali package stays at The Sunset Haven — ten rooms, our own property, run by the same people who planned your trip. There is no middleman and no reseller markup.

Rohtang needs permits, passes close, weather turns. We tell you before you book and plan around it on the day.
