Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed once we receive the 25% advance, or the full amount if you choose to pay in full. The balance is payable on arrival in Manali or online from Manage booking. Prices are per person in INR and are those shown when you book.
What’s included
Round-trip Volvo (or private cab where stated), accommodation at The Sunset Haven, Prini in the room category booked, daily breakfast and dinner, and a private cab for the sightseeing listed in your itinerary. Long circuits include the items listed on each trip page.
What’s not included
Lunches, entry tickets, ropeway and adventure activity charges, personal expenses, and anything not listed under inclusions. GST applies at the applicable rate.
Children
Children below 6 travel free, sharing the parents’ bed and travelling on lap. Children 6 and above pay the full package rate with their own Volvo seat, meals and an extra mattress.
Roads, permits & weather
Rohtang Pass is subject to permits, weather and administrative closures; if it is shut we arrange an alternate snow point. High circuits run only when roads are open. Itineraries may be adjusted for safety without reducing inclusions.
Changes
You can change dates or travellers from Manage booking, subject to availability. Any fare difference is shown before you confirm and added to, or taken off, your balance.
Liability
We are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, landslides, strikes or other events beyond our control. Guests are responsible for their belongings.
